Use the daily rate to calculate the hold. For example, if a customer rents a camera at $200 per day for 2 days, the total cost of the rental is $400, but the hold would be calculated based on only one day's rate, in this case, $200.
Round up the sum to the nearest 50, 100, or 1000. For example, if the calculation result is $1890, the hold should be rounded to the nearest 100, which in this case would be $1900
For returning customers, you can apply a discount on the hold, if requested, for up to 40%.
We can deliver rentals within a 100km radius from our location. Gear must be tested before transportation to ensure they are in perfect working condition. Please make sure to inspect the equipment list with the driver during drop-off.
All rental processes and requirements must be completed at least one hour before the scheduled delivery. If not, the delivery will be canceled, and a rental credit or partial refund will be applied to renter's account.
Our delivery team will provide an estimated delivery time, and the driver will contact you upon arrival at your location. Please meet the driver outside the building/location. Note that the driver will only wait for 10 minutes, and if no one shows up, the equipment will be returned to us. Redelivery will be at the renter's expense.
Delivery hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST (Monday - Saturday). After-hours delivery starts at 8:00 pm with an additional rate. Please factor in a 2-hour buffer from the scheduled delivery time.
